Chair features a generously sculpted, one-piece shell injection molded from proprietary high-impact, blush-resistant polypropylene plastic. Enhanced with an antistatic additive, the dual-textured surface is etched to provide a non-slip grip while maintaining a like-new appearance for years. The all-tubular frame is constructed from round 16-gauge steel, securely attached to the shell with four concealed machine rivets for added strength. The standard chrome finish, at 4-6 mils thick, outperforms industry standards, withstanding 22 hours of harsh CASS testing per ASTM B 368 before showing signs of rust. Standard powdercoat finishes effectively conceal fingerprints and offer superior wear resistance for a polished, long-lasting look.
