REplay Mobile Transporter Storage

The REplay Mobile Transporter Storage Cabinets are built with 0.75″ particle board that is dowelled together. They have double sided thermal fused laminate (TFL) with matching 3mm PVC edge banding. The top is 1″ matching, double sided TFL with matching 3mm PVC edge banding over a 0.75″ subtop. Full height double doors include standard full extension side mount steel ball bearing glides. Doors have 0.75″ double sided TFL with matching 3mm PVC edge banding, 4″ satin nickel wire pulls and 6-point adjustable concealed hinges (European hinge). Shelves are double sided TFL with matching 3mm PVC edge banding on front edge, adjustable shelves have four double-pin shelf clips per shelf to prevent sliding or tipping. Fixed shelves are fully dowelled. The cabinets have an integrated 1″ caster base with matching 3mm PVC edge banding and 5″ heavy-duty casters (two locking and two non-locking). Casters are installed on site by others.
